During Re day we focussed on the theme of imagery in Christianity and we were particularly thinking about the idea of angels and how they are represented in Christianity. We started by thinking about I what the image of ourselves and how we would like to represent ourselves. We then learnt what a stereotype is and thought of common stereotypes which we know are wrong because we are all different! Finally we thought about the images of angels and how there are represented in the Christmas story.
In history we have been learning about the neolithic settlement of Skara Brae and this week the children had a go at drawing their own interpretation of the settlement using the evidence which has been found there.
